Food Processing Cleaner
This powerful cleaner/degreaser is water based. It removes all stubborn grease, oil, and organic matter. Its powerful deodorising and sanitising action rapidly destroy germs leaving and ultra clean surface. This product contains a broad-spectrum bactericide. It can be used on kitchen work surfaces, ovens, baking trays, grease traps, blocked drains, abattoirs, food transport and greasy floors.ENQUIRE
This product has powerful bactericidal action. BACTOKIL is a cleaner and also kills bacteria and viruses, It is a blend of surfactants. Active ingredient is Quaternary Ammonium compound.

Sterichlor contains Caustic Soda, Sodium Hypochlorite and a blend of sequestering agents to inhibit scale formation and improve detergency. This is low foaming enabling to be used in recirculation applications such as CIP. This is specifically formulated to be used in Breweries, Dairies and Food Processing Plants, Abattoirs.
Sterichlor is an excellent product, the combination of Wetting Agents, high alkalinity and chlorination gives excellent removal and suspension of fats, oil, protein, blood and disinfection.
In use concentration application dependent and should be established during trials. A 1% v/v solution of Sterichlor delivers approximately 0.15% w/v causticity (0.15% w/v NaOH) and circa 350 ppm available Cl2.
It is not advisable to use Chlorinated products above 50° C. This product need rinsing after use in food factories and abattors.
For clean in place, Sterichlor is typically circulated for 20-30 minutes 0.25% to 5% v/v. The exact concentration is dependent on water hardness and soil type and soil type and level. It is good practice to pre rinse with water before using Sterichlor.
Cooking Vessel Boil Out. Sterichlor is suitable for cooking vesssel boil out to remove protein staines or carbonised and burnt on residue. Sterichlor should be used at 0.5% to 5% v/v. The temperature should be restricted to 50°c the contact time should be approximately 20-30 minutes. Where soil have become heavily mineralised it may be necessary to follow Sterichlor with acid clean ie Sterichlor, water rinse, acid clean.ENQUIRE
Tray and Rack Washing
Sterichlor should be dosed at 0.25% and up to 5% v/v depending on soiling. It is recommended that gross soiling should be removed from the items before they are passed through the washer. The temperature should be restricted to
maximum 50° C
Super Chlor is specifically formulated to remove oil, grease, fat, coagulated blood. Safe on stainless steel, tiles,vinyl wood and concrete.
Super Chlor contains, Sodium Hypochlorite, Caustic Soda, Sequestrants etc. This product can be used in Dairies, Food Processing Plants and Abattoirs
The combination of wetting agents,high alkanity and chlorination gives excellent removal and suspention of fats,oil,protein and coagulated blood.
HOW TO USE: For difficult to clean animal fat and oil use neat.For general use dilute 1 part chemical to 9 parts water. For food factory cleaning and to disinfect. Can dilute 1 part Super Chlor with 49 parts of water ie 2%v/vENQUIRE
