Due I have to open an account to purchase from you?

No. you can order by phone or e-mail, we will issue a proforma invoice. Once payment is made, we will despatch the goods.

How do I open an account?

Request for an “account opening form”, once completed and returned, we will undertake a credit check and contact your referees before opening an account.  Your first three orders will be on a proforma basis.

How long will it take to deliver an order once an order is placed?

For small orders one week for larger orders over (1000 litres IBC’S) two weeks.

What other products do you supply?

We are specialist cleaning chemical manufacturer. We can tailor make products for your specific needs or try to resource the products for you.

What are your payments terms?

We request payments 30 days from date of invoice.

What countries do you export to?

We can export to anywhere in the world. We use experienced freight forwarders and cost insurance freight will be itemised.

My goods have arrived damaged?

This scenario is highly unlikely, if goods are damaged, we do apologise. Please contact us immediately so that we can send you fresh products. If you received goods by haulier, we may ask you to take some pictures of damaged goods and send it to us.
